Bill Jaffe

The Jaffe Group provides human resource consulting services to small and medium size organizations, particularly those in the technology and service sectors. We focus on total compensation issues related to base pay, annual and long-term incentives, performance management, perquisites and supplemental benefits, and board of directors' compensation packages. Bill Jaffe, the Jaffe Group's Principal, spent 28 years with two large international consulting companies before starting his own firm in 1996. He is the publisher of the Total Compensation Survey of Mid-Atlantic Technology Companies.
