Bill was a founding Director and Corporate Secretary of Nittany Financial Corporation/Nittany Bank, State College. Bill is a past president of The Mount Nittany Conservancy; past chair of Penn State Hillel; and is President of Pennsylvania Centre Stage, and Vice Chair of the Centre County Community Foundation. He is a board member of the Knight Foundation's State College Community Advisory Board and the Penn State Renaissance Scholarship Fund. He is immediate past president of Penn State's College of Communications Alumni Society and co-chair of the All-Sports Museum Advisory Board. He has served on the Executive Board, National Capital Area Council, Boy Scouts of America; the Executive Board of the Penn State Alumni Association; and the Executive Committee of the UJA Federation of Washington. In 1996 he was named a Penn State Alumni Fellow and in 2000 was recognized as Volunteer of the Year by the Penn State Alumni Association. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
